School-based Traineeship with NAB (Indigenous Year 10 students)

We have locations attributed for our school based traineeship opportunities with NAB and would welcome any applications from interested students for a traineeship with NAB Aitkenvale or Castletown.

The banking traineeship are open to current Indigenous year 10 students and they will complete their traineeships through years 11 and 12. All trainees will complete a Certificate III in Business as part of the traineeship.

Please advise students they do not need to be good at maths or have an interest in accounting- all banking traineeships are retail customer service. The bank will teach the students how to use the telling systems and most are now automated mini atms so cash handling is even easier. The main skills required are effective communication and a desire to learn.
